Marie and I made this meal and a salad back in February. The meal took a few hours to prepare, but turned out incredible. The salad was a spinach and blue cheese salad with sliced apples and spiced caramelized pecans. The main dish and the salad combined to be one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten.

I made this meal for dinner for Marie and myself last week. It takes a couple of hours to prepare and the ingredients include:
haricots verts, fresh thyme, onion, roasted red/yellow peppers, fingerling potatoes, red/yellow pear tomatoes, garlic, kalamata olives, anchovies, spinach leaves, and seared Ahi tuna filets.
