Here are my resolutions for the year of 2010.
Resolution 1: Make homemade potstickers.
Comments: I can’t find good potstickers here. I found a recipe by a real Chinese man online instead.

Here are my resolutions for the year of 2009.
Resolution 1: Barred foods list: soda, ice cream, fast food, delivered pizza.
Comments: Not much to explain here. In recent years, I’ve had success eliminating one or more of these from my diet. Now, I’m going for all four at once.
I made some resolutions for the year of 2008 (you can read the original post here). Below, I grade myself on how successful I was on my commitments.
Resolution 1: Eat fast food exactly four times in 2008.
Grade: A
Comments: I nailed this one. I craved it a bit at the beginning of the year, but it went away and I rarely thought about it.
Here are my resolutions for the year of 2008.
Resolution 1: Eat fast food exactly four times in 2008.
Comments: Two of the four meals will be from Arby’s (the beef & cheddar combo w/ curly fries and a jamocha shake). One meal will be from Wendy’s (the spicy chicken combo w/ fries and a medium frosty). The fourth meal will be a supreme pizza with pan crust from Pizza Hut.

Resolution 1: No ice cream for first six months of 2007.
Grade: A
Comments: This was one of a few fitness-related resolutions I committed myself to. I did accidentally eat a scoop of ice cream at some party in late May, but considering I only ate it a few times more throughout the year, I am content with the results.
